Videojet Technologies has acquired a number of marking and coding brands to strengthen its product offering and develop its technological expertise, says European marketing manager Xavier Chaveton.
New companies in the portfolio include Alltec, a German manufacturer of laser systems, and Zipher, a manufacturer of inkjet printers based in the UK.
"The market has seen considerable technological change in recent years and we felt that it was important to build on our product range and brand image," says Chaveton. "We are concentrating on demonstrating to customers just how using Videojet can add value to their operations, especially in our key sectors."
