Suitable for products that require baking from bottom to top within a temperature range of 190°C to 270°C, the Mondial Forni Mondialmatic three/four-deck oven from Eurobake offers 100m2of baking space.

Accessories which are available include automatic loading and unloading elevators, an automatic loader with setters and elevator for racks, board loaders, powered unloading belts, and bread unloading chutes, all of which can be integrated into a fully-automatic production line.

The heating system of the Mondialmatic has ring-shaped, cold-drawn, seamless stainless steel tubes which provide balanced baking across all decks. This system is designed to ensure even heat distribution, high thermal capacity, and low maintenance, says Eurobake. As the conveyor belts -- close-mesh steel or refractory sole plates -- operate inside the baking deck products are always received into the oven at the set baking temperature.
