Premium desserts manufacturer Gü has added two more puddings to its portfolio to further extend the eating occasions for its products.
New to its range are Fluffy Double Choc Mousses supplied chilled in glass ramekins, which are made from a combination of 53% cocoa plain chocolate and milk chocolate.
Also launched is a Chocolate and Almond Torte, which marks the company's first venture into the chilled tart territory and into the family-sized portions arena. Made with 70% cocoa chocolate, the torte is a chocolate and orange ganache on a chocolate sponge base with an almond topping.
Venturing into chilled tarts will add value to the category, says Gü md James Averdieck. "The torte is a great product for a treat or to crown the end of a dinner party," he says.
