Manufacturer of African foods Tamar Exotics has launched a range of versatile traditional sauces for a number of eating occasions.
The company has created six 'stews' which it says can be used as dips, marinades, pour over sauces or cooking sauces. The stews, which use a blend of tomato, chillies, onions and spices as their base, come in Chicken, Peanut, Fish, Melon Seed, Spicy Beef and African Curry variants.
The sauces will be added to Tamar's range of authentic African cuisine, which consists of the ready meals Beef and Plantain Mix with Rice; Sauteed Chicken Breast with Jollof Rice; Bean Loaf; and Exotic Beans.
