Ready to use, vegetarian, liquid Emulshine Extra, in regular and sugar free, is applicable before and after proofing, it’s freeze and bake stable too when used on a variety of patisserie and viennoiserie products.
Unishine Plus, ready to use and vegan suitable, is for before or after baking.
While the powdered glaze Instashine, is used before baking and NEW Aftershine (vegan suitable) is applied after baking on a range of products.
