IFST spring conference 2017

Delegates will explore how food production from farm to fork is chaining through new sciences and technology in this Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) conferece and how they can expect the sector to change.

Speakers will talk about technologies which, over the next few years, are going to radically change and re-shape the way we develop and deliver safe and nutritious food to the consumer.

There will be talks by Mondelēz’s senior research and development director Ian Noble, Mars’s vice president of corporate research and development David Crean and Kantar Worldpanel’s head of retail and consumer insight Fraser McKevitt.
