Campden BRI Day 2018

Food and Drink Federation chief executive Ian Wright will deliver the annual Campden lecture, followed by hot topic breifing sessions on BRC Global Standards, food fraud and detecting pathogens in foods.

Delegates will have the opportunity to network with around 500 high profile personnel from the food and drink industry, as well as talk to many of Campden BRI's technical experts.

The winners of the UK heats of the industry-sponsored student food innovation competition, Ecotrophelia 2018 will be announced and there will be an opportunity to meet all the UK finalists and view their innovative new food and drink products.
