Food Manufacture’s free digital technology webinar, sponsored by Siemens, is now available to watch on playback.

Featuring case studies from Pete Hooper, production manager at £115m cheese brand Wyke Farms and Richard Morris, production director at The Bury Black Pudding Company, How digital technology can cut costs and boost efficiency at 3pm, 21 June will explore how tech can allow manufactures to do more with less and get more from efficient and productive machinery.

This one-hour event, will help manufacturers just embarking on their journey answer the question, ‘where do I start’ and assist processors who have already started down the past in determining the next step for their business.

The webinar will also go over just what the digitalising process involves, how expensive, disruptive and time-consuming it is and how small businesses can benefit as much as larger companies with legacy systems.
