Food supplement manufacturer Huel has expanded its product line with the launch of a new flavouring for its range of powdered food.

Mint chocolate joined Huel’s line of ‘flavour systems’, allowing consumers to customise their food powders. The range also includes matcha tea, cacao, banana and strawberry flavours.

A Huel spokesman said: “These different flavour systems were created to allow people to customise their Huel in their own preferred way, all of them designed to work with both the vanilla and unsweetened Huel. The variety of flavours further allows users to have a different flavour with every meal.”

Natural ingredients

The flavour systems are created using natural ingredients. The mint chocolate system is also 100% vegan.

Huel produces powders that are formulated to contain a balance of protein, carbs and fats, plus all 26 essential vitamins and minerals that are recommended for a healthy lifestyle.

The Huel Mint Chocolate Flavour system will be available on the company’s website with a recommended retail price of £7.50 for a 150g pack.

Meanwhile, Orange Smarties are set to reappear in packs filled with the sweets this spring, following the success of Giant Tubes of the confection last autumn.
