Greggs director leaves the board
High street baker Greggs has announced executive director Raymond Reynolds will not stand for re-election as a director at the company’s next annual general meeting.
Reynolds will step down from the board at the end of the meeting, due to be held on May 19, having spent 30 years with the company.
He will continue to be a member of the Operating Board with responsibility for property and business development.
Chairman Ian Durant said: “I would like to thank Raymond for his contribution to the board’s debate over the last 10 years, and we wish him well in his new role in the company.”
