Raw milk products rise in popularity
Unpasteurised milk and cheese produced with raw milk will be a must-try food trend for 2017, according to chef Paula McIntyre.
McIntyre argued that not only did raw milk products have a unique flavour, she claimed they had a number of health benefits.
“True Parmesan cheese is always made from raw milk cheese, so it has set the standard. Raw milk is said to help with skin conditions and asthma,” she said.
