The event begins on the evening of Wednesday March 1 with a welcome reception and series of Trailblazer presentations from emerging food and drink businesses.
The main conference starts the following day with two plenary sessions in the morning and afternoon, which will focus on the latest development in food innovation, followed by an evening reception and dinner.
The event concludes on Friday morning with more plenary sessions, designed to help translate food and drink innovation insights into practical and commercial reality.
A top line-up of speakers has been asked to identify emerging trends, as the food and drink industry moves towards 2020.
Speakers include Gil Horsky, global innovation platform leader at Mondelz International, and Lotta Törner, social innovation expert and chief executive of the Skane Food Innovation Network.
Also taking part will be Louise McWhirter, head of insight at research consultancy Him! and Erin Boyd Kappelhof, managing partner at Eat Well Global.
