Health show focus for organic dietary fibre

Derived from the Indian guar bean, the “ecologically sensitive” organic Sunfiber is claimed to offer the same nutritional, physiological and technological benefits as the original variety.
Easier to dissolve
Being easier to dissolve than the non-organic version, the variant is said to be particularly suitable for powder mixtures and instant beverages.
“By supplying organically-certified ingredients, we’re setting standards at the very beginning of the production cycle,” said Taiyo md Dr Stefan Siebrecht.
‘No effect on the sensory properties’
“Completely soluble, the fibre ingredient has no effect on the sensory properties of the final product and offers a number of health-boosting properties.”
Sunfiber has been shown to reduce the glycaemic index of foodstuffs, improve mineral absorption in the gut and help to maintain the health and function of the digestive tract.
