Oereo targets family nights in
Mondelēz is to launch a new sharing format for its Oreo biscuits in the UK, addressing a lack of sharing options in the category.
Each pack will contain 36 biscuits and will be resealable.
Oreo senior brand manager at Mondelez Helen Potter said consumers were increasingly time-pressured, with quality time spent as a family has become even more important as a result.
“Expanding Oreo into new formats suitable for social gatherings or families can help drive a new sharing occasion for the brand and help to grow the biscuits category,” added Potter.
