The big day for Food Manufacture’s food safety conference is tomorrow (Thursday, October 13) at etc.venues, Prospero House, London and there’s still time to reserve your place.

Tomorrow’s conference – Boosting consumer confidence in times of change – will provide the latest independent advice on avoiding challenges to food and drink safety and minimising a problem, if one does occur.

The one-day event – chaired by Professor Colin Dennis, immediate past president of the US Institute of Food Technologists, will be divided into four sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of food and drink safety.

Secure food supply chains

The morning sessions will focus on ensuring safe and secure food supply chains and product recalls.
