This year’s conference – entitled Boosting consumer confidence in times of change – will deliver the latest independent advice on mimising challenges to food and drink safety in the manufacturing sector.
Taking part will be representatives from Nestlé Research Center, Campden BRI, the Food Crime Unit and other leading industry organisations.

Once again chaired by Professor Colin Dennis, immediate past president of the US Institute of Food Technologists, the conference will be divided into four sessions, each focusing on a different aspect of food and drink safety.
The morning sessions will be dedicated to: Ensuring safe and secure food supply chains and Product recalls: dealing with a crisis.
Included in these sessions will be the latest advice on how to stem the rising tide of food and drink product recalls that can cost food and drink manufacturers millions of pounds in direct recall costs and untold millions more in reputational damage.
Knowledge is power
The two afternoon sessions will be: Knowledge is power – focusing on data technology to protect your business and Bugs and behaviours. This session will focus on a range of topics, including: campylobacter, microbial detection and the
