Baileys gets spicy for Halloween
Baileys has jumped on the pumpkin spice train with the launch a seasonal variant of its cream-based liqueur.
The drink follows the autumnal trend of adding pumpkin spice – a mix of spices traditional used in US-style pumpkin pies – to food and drink products.
The liqueur is blended with cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg and features packaging designed to brand it as “the perfect autumn treat”.
Baileys Europe brand manager Marina Thompson said: “We have created a seasonal twist that will appeal to consumers who are already familiar with pumpkin spice lattes and all those who are yet to discover the delights.”
