Old el Paso’s range of Stand and Stuff tortillas is now available in a mini variant, which launched with the help of a new TV advertising campaign starring brand spokesman Danny Trejo.
The ads feature Trejo and his ‘mini-me’ sidekick in a contest to decide which is better, the brands original Stand and Stuff tortillas or the new mini version.
“This exciting campaign is the perfect demonstration of how versatile this new product innovation is,” said General Mills regional marketing director for world food Michael Harris.
“It reflects the sense of fun and humour that we are associated with as a brand.”
“By focusing on digital as our campaign medium, we can be as visually appealing as possible while targeting efficiently our key consumer audience on the media channels most relevant to them.”
