Arla offers milk drinkers the 'best of both'

Three years in the making, ‘Best of Both’ (BOB) involves collecting some of the naturally occurring protein in milk and putting it back into skimmed milk.

The launch of the yellow-topped milk is part of Arla’s drive to support its farmer owners and become a leading household brand through innovative products.
It follows on from the launches of Protein, Skyr and Big Milk last year. Arla plans to unveil further products as well as range extensions throughout the rest of the year.
‘Genuinely pioneering’
“We are perfectly positioned to launch something genuinely pioneering and BOB is one of the biggest innovations we’ve created in the milk category,” said Sarah Baldwin, vice president of marketing at Arla.
