Innovation will also be a key theme at the New Frontiers in Food and Drink conference next spring.
Staged by the Food Manufacture Group, the one-day conference will be take place at etc.venues in St Pauls, London on March 17.
Topics will include personalised nutrition trends, how to reformulate healthily without compromising safety, and emerging ingredients and proteins.
Speakers will include the British Nutrition Foundation, Leatherhead Food Research, Graze supply chain director Tom Carroll and Food Innovation Solutions’ director and innovator Stefan Cosser.
