Innovation conference
Meanwhile, innovation in food and drink will be the focus of a one-day conference, staged by the Food Manufacture Group, next year.
The event – New Frontiers in Food and Drink – will be take place at etc.venues, St Pauls, London on on March 17 2016.
Speakers will include Graze’s supply chain director Tom Carroll, Food Innovation Solutions’ director and innovator Stefan Cosser and 3D food printing expert Michael Petch.
