Britvic visit South Africa for new finance boss
Britvic announced South African Breweries chief financial officer Matthew Dunn will take over the same role at the firm later this year.
Dunn, who will receive a relocation allowance of 70,000, will take over from John Gibney who will leave the role following Britvic’s preliminary results on November 25.
Gibney will remain with the drinks firm until his retirement in April 2016.
Dunn, who has previously held roles within SABMiller and EMI Music, will receive a basic salary of £340,000 and be eligible for an annual bonus of up to 120% of basic salary earned in the relevant year.
Britvic ceo Simon Litherland said he was “delighted” to welcome Dunnto the business.
“His significant experience in the international beverage sector and expertise in operational leadership will be very valuable as we continue to execute our strategy to pursue the expansion of our brands globally,” he said.
