Health benefits of curcumin
The health benefits of bioavailable curcumin, a food-grade supplement, were highlighted in a seminar at Vitafoods Europe in Geneva by OmniActive Health Technologies last month.

Curcumin is a member of the ginger family and is claimed to be an anti-inflammatory, which is often used in India to treat stomach ailments and liver problems.

“Recent advances in bioavailability have allowed new options for manufacturers to use curcumin in an ever-expanding number of applications,” claims OmniActive’s vice president of health technologies and human nutrition Lynda Doyle.

There's a few options out there for which curcumin supplement works best. I have tried several products that work well. Right now I am using CurQlife. Seems to be one of the best.
