Boxing clever with Pandora end of line mixer concept

Dinnissen Process Technology will be exhibiting its latest Pandora end of line mixing concept at this month’s Achema show, which takes place in Frankfurt between June 15 and 19.

The Pandora system is designed for high-quality applications in the food sector which require fast, yet gentle and cost-efficient mixing. It is suitable for mixing a maximum of 10 (micro) components and has a capacity of 50kg/h up to 100t/h.

It continuously mixes raw materials, which can be added and removed as required. The concept is based on a combination of several accurate gravimetric feeders and the Pegasus mixer supplied by Dinnissen.

The feeders accurately measure ingredients to the mixer, which can consist of micro-ingredients (0.012% per batch weight) and even extremely high percentages (30220% per batch weight).

The Pegasus paddle mixer suspends raw materials to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
