Macphie's newest gluten-free range
A long-life gluten-free range of desserts has been extended by ingredients firm Macphie.

The Red Berry pot dessert joins the firm's four-strong range of gluten-free desserts, which are: panna cotta, Sicilian lemon pot, crème brûlée and chocolate pot.

From the date of manufacture, the desserts have nine months’ shelf-life and seven days from being opened.

Gilian Williamson, Macphie category marketing manager, says: “Red Berry pot is a versatile product and is gluten-free, so it will be a welcome addition to our heat, chill and serve range.”
