AG Barr appoints David Ritchie to its board
The Bovis Home Group boss is a former KPMG ceo after joining as its group financial director in 1998.
He said: “I am very pleased to be appointed as non-executive director of AG Barr and look forward to working with the board.”
John Nicolson, AG Barr chairman, said: “I am delighted that David Ritchie will be joining our board in April.

“He brings with him a wealth of highly relevant experience and I look forward to his involvement.”
Meanwhile, AG Barr’s newest production site in Milton Keynes will double its output this year to 19M cans, said factory manager Tim Stacey.
The £41M site, which was completed in May 2013, covers 21,000m2 of land and is highly automated, said Stacey in an exclusive interview with FoodManufacture.co.uk’s sister title Food Manufacture this month.
