Baby food moved using vacuum conveyor system
An unnamed baby food manufacturer has boosted productivity by installing a flexible intermediate bulk container (FIBC) filler and vacuum conveyor system from Spiroflow.
The company specified an FIBC filler for various infant formulas and powders. The equipment is made of stainless steel with automatic height adjustment for different-sized bags. It offers bag inflation and a vibration facility for an even, accurate fill and effective compaction – resulting in a stable load for both storage and transportation.
Spiroflow also makes other transfer systems, including screw and aero mechanical conveyors.
