Glebe eyes EU gluten-free oats expansion
The firm, which has developed its GF business over the past 10 years, mills oat flakes that contain fewer than 10 parts per million (ppm) gluten, which exceeds the EU standard of 20ppm required to label a product as GF.
Following the investment, Glebe Farm Foods will expand into Europe, which is a growing market, Philip Rayner, co-founder and director of Glebe Farm Foods, said.
