Thatchers Cider goes to Glastonbury
As the Official cider of Glastonbury Festival, Thatchers Cider engaged with 135,000 revellers at the iconic Somerset event, in June.
As well as Thatchers Gold being available in all of the Festival’s bars on the 1,200 acre site, the Somerset cider maker also had its specially created Craft Cider Bar in the Williams Green area of Worthy Farm. Thatchers Traditional, Heritage and Cheddar Valley ciders were available in the Craft Bar.
Martin Thatcher, md of Thatchers Cider said the festival provided the firm with the chance to introduce thousands of new people to its products.
“Our partnership with Glastonbury is giving us the opportunity to bring two Somerset farming families together to offer something very special,” he added.
