Bowman Ingredients expands to Thailand
Bowman Ingredients has furthered its global expansion by launching a joint venture with a leading food coatings firm in Thailand.
UK-based Bowman will operate from two facilities in the Kabinburi Industrial Zone, East Bangkok.
The factories have crumb plants with the capacity of 7,500t of output a year and blending plants with the capacity of 25,000t a year.

According to Bowman, the Thai business, named Bowman Ingredients Thailand, will supply breadcrumbs, batter mixes and dry mix marinades for fish and poultry processors across south east Asia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore.
“The value added food market in Asia has recently seen growth of 10% year-on-year, with further expansion predicted,” said a spokesman.
