Tate & Lyle appoints new chief financial officer
PepsiCo director Nick Hamilton will replace Tim Lodge as chief financial officer of Tate & Lyle.
Hamilton, who is currently president for west Europe and senior vice president for commercial Europe at PepsiCo, will take up the role on September 1 2014.
He will be paid an annual salary of £480,000 and be eligible for bonuses during his tenure with the business.
Tate & Lyle ceo Javed Ahmed, said: “He brings with him a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry and his strong expertise and knowledge will be highly complementary to our team.”
Lodge, who has been with the firm for 25 years, will leave the firm after a transitional period.
