Nutra’s Dragonfruit PE 10:1 is manufactured at its facility in East Asia. The dragonfruit contains vitamin C, calcium and phosphorus. The water soluble extract can be added to supplements, smoothie mixes, ice creams and baked goods.
The second extract was taken from the strikingly coloured Jabuticaba fruit and can be added to jams, jellies, ice creams and wines. Its flavour can be compared to that of grape, blackcurrant, lychee, mangosteen and guava.
Several potent antioxidant compounds have been isolated from the Jabuticaba fruit, including jaboticabin, which is being studied for its anti-ageing properties. It is also said to be a good source of Vitamin C.
