When it comes to coping with big customers, Frecco’s two largest cooking vessels have the capability to produce 300t each. The factory currently creates drinks, soups, sauces, smoothies and children’s meals.
The company produces all natural products, which are frozen.
“It’s also a big part for a small business to play on things like health trends,” said Barney. “That’s how you pit yourself against the bigger guys – you have got to play on your strengths as an SME.”
