Medina Dairy appoints new md
Medina Dairy appointed a new boss, this month, in a bid to secure the future development and growth of the business.
Shelagh Hancock took on the role of md, bringing with her 20 years’ experience in the dairy, food and agricultural supply industry.
Most, recently she was unit director for Milk Link’s milk business. She has also held a number of roles at Glanbia Foods/ Foodservice.
Hancock said: “My focus will be to continue to strengthen the operational and commercial performance of the business. In particular, I believe that there are still opportunities to optimise further our distribution network, secure greater production efficiencies and exploit a number of new potential growth platforms and markets.”
Medina Dairy’s chief executive, Sheazad Hussain, said Hancock’s initial responsibility will be to drive forward the performance of the business.
