Campden BRI makes appointment ahead of ‘challenging year’
Campden BRI appointed Steve Spice as its new head of regulatory affairs to meet a “growing demand” for its legislative advice, training and consultation services.
The food and drink research company said Spice’s expertise would be invaluable as it prepared for a “challenging year” caused by EU legislation changes.
Spice joins Campden BRI after 15 years at Waitrose, where he was regulatory affairs manager and previously analytical services manager.
Spice said he looked forward to “leading an expanding team of specialists who play a significant role in helping industry keep abreast of and complying with ongoing legislation changes”.
Professor Caroline Walker, director of Campden BRI’s Nutfield site, said Spice would drive forward the firm’s growth strategy.
