Training partnership with Campden BRI
2 Sisters expanded its technical training academy regime by partnering with research organisation Campden BRI – creating a training and development hub at its Birmingham headquarters.
The new training academy aims to enhance the skills of 2 Sisters’ technical team by giving them clear and consistent quality standards and frameworks while enabling them to grow and develop careers.
Head of talent at 2 Sisters, Jenni Chambers, claimed the firm had created a “technical skills and competency assessment tool” for staff to identify and training needs in their development plans.
“The courses will range from internally delivered short courses to externally delivered qualification-based programmes – these will be available to colleagues at all levels within the technical function,” she added.
Campden BRI said the partnership would create a quality benchmark for technical managers the world over.
