One of the concepts is Cariocas: spicy notes with honey to suit fish, pork and chicken. Alongside this is Chimichurri, with chopped herbs, coriander and lemon.
Copacabana has sweet, fresh and fruity taste with a note of orange, while Churrasco's deep smoky flavour is refined with pink pepper. Ceviche's citrus flavours come with coriander and onion, while Peri Peri has a spicy note.
