Heineken’s chief HR officer to stand down
Heineken’s chief human resources (HR) officer announced his decision to leave the brewer in the late summer to take up a role with an unnamed US-based multinational later in the year.
Michael O’Hare will leave Heineken after four years in the role.
Jean-Francois Boxmeer, chairman of the executive board and ceo of Heineken, said O’Hare had been a benefit to the firm.
“In the last four years, Michael has played a major role in accelerating our transition to a more performance driven and people-focused company. Along the way he has evolved our understanding of how the growth of our business is linked to the growth of our people and culture.”
