There’s still time to register for our free one-hour webinar on lessons to be learned from the horsemeat crisis, due to take place at 11am GMT on Thursday May 16.

The webinar – staged in association with business law firm DWF – will examine the origins of the crisis and how food business managers can protect their brands against a repeat of the crisis.

Under the spotlight too will be how the crisis has affected shoppers’ buying habits.

Taking part in the webinar will be Andrew Rhodes, director of operations at the Food Standards Agency, and Professor Tony Hines, head of food security and crisis management at Leatherhead Food Research.

Joining them will be Kiti Soininen, head of Mintel’s UK food and drink research team, and Hilary Ross, partner with business law firm and event sponsor DWF.
