Clemas & Co has launched a compact scrubber dryer for washing floors, using chemical doses which are kept separate from a clean water tank, improving washing and ensuring efficient detergent consumption.

The IPC CT 110 ride on compact scrubber dryer can be used to clean warehouse floors, reception areas and food processing plants.

It immediately dries floors after washing and cleaning them and can be used on a large variety of different surfaces including terrazo, concrete, non-slip and painted floors.

"The CT 110 is easy to use, with a large solution tank capacity and three solution distribution options: standard, automatic and economy," said Ashley Arens, md of Clemas & Co. "It allows the operator to run for four hours without the need for measuring chemicals, which saves time and money."

The machine has a maximum scrubbing width of 850mm and is capable of washing an area of 5,525m2.
