Cereform, part of the AB Mauri global yeast and the bakery ingredients division of Associated British Foods, has appointed Paul Whitton​ to the new position of science manager.

“Really the job is about being a catalyst between manufacturing and new product development, to make our products as good as they can be for our customers,” said Whitton.
