Low cost valve that goes full steam ahead

Spirax Sarco's new steam pressure control valve, the DP27, has all the accuracy of the company's DP17, but with the added benefit of increased resilience to harsh operating environments and easier servicing.

The new model also lowers operating costs by making external power supplies redundant, while a variable rate pressure control spring simplifies the ordering of spares and cuts stockholding costs.

Servicing the DP27 avoids dismantling pipework, thanks to easy access of the pilot valve via the top. A replaceable pilot filter prevents waste matter from disrupting the pilot valve and gaskets in the pilot block are reusable.

The DP27 can withstand temperatures of up to 232°C making it ideal for steam, compressed air or other industrial gases.
