Efficient table top mixer mirrors big daddy design

A 'gentle touch' table-top mixer has been developed by Lindor.

With the same internal blending drum design as a full-size Lindor machine, the 101 has been developed for small trial batches and special orders.

The horizontally-mounted drum design is free of separately moving parts, such as blades and impellers, that can cause product deterioration. Instead, blending is achieved by tapered scoops fitted integrally to the inner surface of the drum and which induce a non-degrading, three-dimensional figure-of-eight flow pattern.

The mixing drum is free of 'dead' spaces, so that all material is equally blended and the machines are self-emptying.
