Memory stick monitors temperatures
TomKey is an innovative USB computer memory stick for recording and displaying temperatures. Manufactured by AES Chemunex and available in the UK from Don Whitley Scientific, the device is designed to monitor cold-chain food transportation.
TomKey will monitor temperatures between -40°C and 80°C. Information such as current temperature, minimum and maximum levels reached and a threshold-exceeded alarm are displayed directly on the integrated LCD screen. With a water protection rating of IP67, the shock-resistant unit is guaranteed to perform reliably even in dusty or wet conditions.
Two models are available, storing either 8,000 or 16,000 readings.
