Chocolate maker chooses synthetic food grade lube
Manufacturer and supplier of chocolate covered wafers, chocolate tablets and mallow products, OP Chocolate, has decided to use Total UK's H1 food-grade lubricants throughout its manufacturing process operations.
One of the key challenges for Total was the successful deployment of its fully-synthetic H1 food-grade lubricant, Nevastane SL32, on the hydraulic circuit. The hydraulic circuit is often the area within a plant that poses the greatest risk of potential contamination by mineral oils.
Total's Nevastane range of H1 food-grade lubricants includes gear oils, compressor and pneumatic oil, greases and specialist products such as heat transfer fluids, cleaning and flushing oils and sprays.
