ISS Mediclean has become the first public sector caterer to be licensed with the Red Tractor logo. More than 40 UK staff hospital restaurants feature the marque on their menus to assure staff that only British meat and dairy products are served. The logo now appears on £7.5bn worth of UK food and drink.
