The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health is offering a new Level 3 Award in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) for Food Manufacturing, aimed at those responsible for training staff in food safety in the industry. Candidates acquire the skills to implement HACCP-based procedures and an accredited qualification.
