Redundancies among the UK's senior executives in the UK's food and drink sector have hit a new high, according to figures from the Chartered Management Institute and salary survey specialist CELRE.
A survey of over 40,000 individuals revealed a redundancy rate of 4.8%, up from 0.7% last year. Despite these gloomy findings, average earnings were found to be rising, however.
