Cocoa Treattarome Dark 9900 and Raspberry Treattarome 9845 are new additions to the range of 100% natural distillates from Treatt.

Distilled from cocoa (Theobroma cacao) Cocoa Treattarome Dark 9900 delivers an authentic chocolate character with powdered cocoa and white chocolate notes. The raspberry distillate offers an authentic well-rounded raspberry flavour.

At different dosages the distillates deliver varying levels of flavour intensity.

For example, at 0.1%, when used as the sole flavouring, Raspberry Treattarome 9845 gives an intense raspberry character with creamy floral notes. At 0.05% or less, it imparts a fruity, berry flavour.

Both distillates are suitable for clear beverages, as well as dairy and alcoholic drinks, juices and fruit punches.

Also, Cocoa Treattarome Dark 9900 blends well with banana and Raspberry Treattarome 9845 is an effective flavour for tea.
