Taste specialist Quest International has introduced a range of berry fruit flavours based on the discovery of new flavour components that precisely replicate the flavours of real fruit at various stages of ripeness.

Aimed at yoghurt and dairy drinks, the Berrysense range is the product of two years of research and development.

The result is a range of flavours that can authentically reflect the subtlety of a fruit taste as well as the exact stage of fruit ripeness.

Development of Berrysense is based on Quest's established Qsense innovation triangle. The top layer of the Qsense triangle brings vibrancy and realness to the flavour, delivered by Quest's Freezeframe technology. The centre of the triangle is the heart of the flavour. The base of the flavour triangle represents performance, where technologies such as ImpaQ Taste Technology add deliciousness and mouthfeel.

The new Berrysense range of flavours comprises strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant, cranberry, blackberry, gooseberry, blueberry and mixed berries.
